It’s kinda ironic that I’m resurrecting this blog to pine for a cafe I wish would come back from the dead.
Sweeten Up had that great combination of crisp waffle and rich, silky-smooth ice cream.

The soy-based waffles really were perfectly light and crunchy. Their ice cream was made in-house, with the Dark Chocolate Sorbet and Blueberry Red Wine easily being my top flavours.
Word is, they still take private orders through their Facebook page.
