A regular student haunt known for its cheap and decent bingsu, One Ice Cafe has also introduced waffles to its menu.
Note that at $11.80 for one with a single scoop of ice cream, the waffles here aren’t quite as budget-friendly as the bingsu.

But if you’re looking for a well-baked Buttermilk Waffle that’s lightly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside—and that you can ‘upgrade’ with condensed milk and the same toppings they use for their bingsu (Coco Pops, in my case)—then this mini cafe is worth checking out.
Just don’t expect it to be easy to get a seat during peak hours or on weekends – or hope for too much when it comes to the ice cream, which is some mediocre factory-made brand that seems to always comes out overly frozen. (The Matcha Ice Cream, in particular, doesn’t have much matcha to it and always requires me to wait a few minutes for it to soften.)
